As with mindfulness-based practices, does neuroscience offer insights into the mechanisms and effectiveness of hypnosis/hypnotherapy?
I have recently started a Practitioner Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and I intend to incorporate hypnotherapy into my private practice after I qualify. In the meantime, I intend to publish some posts that discuss the effectiveness and possible mechanisms of hypnosis/hypnotherapy.
